Room Setup
Recommended Stage Setup
Michelle will not be speaking from a lectern. A lectern can create distance, and Michelle’s goal is to remove as many barriers as possible to create the biggest impact.
Because Michelle prefers a highly engaging and interactive session, she requests a raised stage that is as close to the audience as possible. This makes it easier to support audience participation and stronger connection.
Preferred Setup Notes
- No lectern required
- Raised stage preferred
- Stage positioned close to the audience
- Open space to support interaction and engagement
AV Requirements
- Wireless lavalier microphone
- LCD projector with audio/video capacity
- Large screen or screens
- Confidence monitor, if possible
- Michelle will bring her presentation on a flash drive
Presentation Support
Audio & Visual Needs
To ensure a smooth presentation, please confirm that the room and AV setup support both audio and video playback directly from the projector system.
Please note: No audio or video recording of any kind is permitted during the presentation without Michelle’s prior written permission.
